People frequently moan about their boss, the environment, the traffic, or other people or things. When someone complains, they only draw attention to the issue, and nothing changes.

Changing your viewpoint to one of appreciation will have a profound impact on the rest of your life in addition to improving your day. Consider a circumstance and consider what IS working.

The attitude toward almost everything changes when thankfulness takes the place of whining.
